Teaser Tuesday
This is from chapter 8, which I just finished last night bringing me to 20k+, and comes with no context whatsoever. I really, really like this passage, but I had to take only 2 lines from it so as not to give anything away, because I'm still trying to keep the premise hush-hush and all, kind of. Let me know what you guys think!
Where the Night Realm could leave a young mind twisted and broken, the Realm of Light could wipe one clean and leave nothing but a body smiling up at you. And some people called it Heaven.
Also, I've decided I can't stand waiting until I'm finished with the first draft to start looking for a critique partner; I really want some opinions from people who write on a regular basis. So if you're looking for a crit partner let me know and we might be able to work something out. Just a random side note. : )
